The FAAC 844 sliding gate is a compact slide gate operator designed for commercial and industrial applications.
It is available in both rack and pinion or chain models. The operator package includes the drive unit and electronic control panel, while external reversing devices and accessories need to be ordered separately.
The 844 sliding gate operator features anti-crushing safety and a non-reversing gearmotor, eliminating the need for electric locks.
In case of a power outage, a key-operated release device allows for manual opening and closing of the gate.
The operator also includes a twin-disk clutch in an oil-bath for smooth operation.
